This exceptionally well cared for 36 ft sail boat is hull number 145 of 212 hulls built.

The present value of these high quality boats exceeds the original market value.

They are in demand by those sailors who know value and quality.

I am the second owner of this sail boat.

They are a Belgium boat built in France.

After delivery to the USA it was sailed to Alaska and lived there for 14 years.

It then became part of a divorce settlement and was moored in fresh water in Seattle for two years.

I purchased it in 2000.

I have added $38309.01 of upgrades to its already long list of out standing features.

The boat is built for heavy weather.

It has a sail drive with a 2 blade folding prop driven by a diesel Volvo model #2003 28 hp engine with 1470 original hours.

The oil has been changed in the sail drive and engine every 50 hours.

The teak interior has no UVA fading.

Sleeps 7 – V berth, aft berth, dinette area.

Propane stove/oven and diesel furnace.

Refrigerator, micro wave, 2 stainless steel sinks serviced by two 33 gallon water tanks. 25 gallon holding tank for the toilet, shower.

The standing rigging was recently inspected and the report states "all rigging was roll swaged and in excellent condition.

The mast and lower/upper spreaders were in excellent condition, with very minimal corrosion"- it was in tune.

The famous (gel coat) monocoque fiber reinforced hull has been waxed every year as the bottom has been painted every two years.

I have the receipts and log for all maintenance/repairs and up grades from 2000 to the present.

I am only selling because my vertigo attacks force me to do so.

Sail boat name is SEMPER FI.

The MASTER STATEROOM is forward, this is a futon; opening overhead hatch; hanging locker to port; privacy door aft; and private access to the ENCLOSED HEAD with integral shower next aft to starboard.

General access to the head is from the forward companionway; large hanging locker and cabinet storage is opposite on port.

Next aft in the MAIN SALON is a huge U-shaped DINETTE, convertible to a large double berth when needed.

Opposite is a single-berth sized settee with built-in bookcase over.

Next aft to port is the clean and functional NAVIGATION STATION, with chart table and easily accessible electronics.

Opposite the nav station is the U-shaped GALLEY to starboard, featuring pretty and practical ceramic tile countertops and durable round stainless steel sinks with refrigerator and two burner propane stove/oven.

A microwave sits on the counter or stove.

Finally aft to port is the well-planned AFT CABIN, with standing headroom at the entrance, locker outboard, and a double quarter berth.

Centerline steps between the galley and nav station lead up to the large COCKPIT.

INTERIOR: is the Wauquiez signature teak and is in excellent condition throughout – I apply lemon oil three times per year, teak and holly cabin sole; curtain window covering, reading lights in the dinette area.
