| | | | BOAT OWNER'S NOTES.
This 1999 380 Sea Ray Sundancer has been professionally maintained by Royal Marine Yacht Sales and Marine Tech in Naples, Fl. and is in excellent condition.
Powered by twin 5.7 liter, 310 HP, V-drive, fresh water cooled engines that deliver plenty of power and cruises easily at 20-25 miles per hour with a top speed of approx 35 MPH.
The engines have approx 650 hours on them.
Entry into the boat is through the transom door from the boat ladder or the extended swim platform that has a fresh water shower.
The fully enclosed COCKPIT has a fully enclosed top with Eisenglass that are totally removable or act like a double bimini top.
It has a Radar Arch with two speakers with a third speaker below, U-shaped seat aft of the Helm that can be converted into a dining area with table or sunpad.
The Helm has a Captains chair that swivels plus a double bench seat for passengers, wood grain steering wheel, control switches and circuit breakers, twin throttle and gear shift controls, an Emergency start switch, windshield wipers, and operable electric windshield area for ventilation.
Features include a newer Garmin GPS, Raymarine Chart Plotter and Radar, newer VHF radio, Anchor Windlass, Compass and a control pad to change the AM/FM cassette player with a CD changer.
The Helm is elevated for better visibility.
Down the steps, enter the CABIN through a fiberglass sliding door with a lock.
The electrical panel is conveniently located to the right or starboard of the steps.
The Galley has a Microwave, Coffee Maker, 2 Burner AC/DC cook top, full size refrigerator/freezer and lots of storage for dishes, glassware, etc.
The Dinette converts to a sleeping area.
The boat is equipped with AC/Heat and De-Humidifer unit.
The cabin also has a hanging locker and additional storage areas plus a sliding curtain to enclose the cabin area from the Aft Berth.
Enjoy relaxing music with the AM/FM cassette or CD Stereo system.
There are 2 TV's, 1 in the Cabin area and 1 in the Master Berth.
The fully enclosed stand-up head with dry shower has a Vacu-Flush toilet with Macerator, power exhaust, cabinet and medicine cabinet.
There is a double access to the head with one door leading to the Master Berth with double bed which has two hanging closets, drawers for additional storage,reading lights and separate AC/heat unit for your controlled comfort.
MAINTENANCE-- The boat is in great shape and has had regular maintenance and repairs performed as needed.
The oil has been changed every year, new bottom paint in Oct, 2011, new shaft seals replaced as needed, etc.
A full maintenance record is available through Royal Yacht Marine Service and both engines were refreshed in 2008 with new heads, valves, risers, manifolds, etc.
Water pump impellers, thermostats are changed as needed, etc.
As of the week of 10/24/2011, the boat is going in this week for bottom paint, oil change, filters, impellers, etc to Royal Yacht --Marine Tech maintains the exterior bi-weekly and polishes and waxes quarterly.
