This boat is very spacious and in excellent condition, and has many extras.

This cruiser is perfect for weekend or extended getaways and has been a live aboard for a single person.

With a new 7.0 kw Westerbeke generator ($5700) installed in '07 and all new electronics she is a wonderful vessel.

I've invested thousands of dollars and hours keeping this vessel up to par!

Take her away for a fraction of the "New ($245,000)" or even "Replacement ($185,000)" values.

Accommodations The main cabin boasts an "L" shaped pull out sleeper couch re-upholstered in '06 in blue with full length cabinets above it and storage below the cushions.

There is an entertainment area with a new AM/FM/CD Awia ($340) stereo with remote pushing a total of 6 speakers and a Magnavox TV with DVD, new in '05, and tie downs.

The galley complete with a new refrigerator and automatic AC/DC switch, a microwave and a 3 burner electric Princess stove is very large and spacious with tons of cabinet and storage space.

There is comfortable sleeping for 4 adults.

The forward double bed is very comfortable and has natural light from the fully operable deck hatch.

There is a 4 foot fixed height teak lined removable dinning table.

The head (bathroom) has a shower, lavatory, and Vacu-Flush toilet, good storage, and well placed grab rails.

There is a hanging locker and a large cabinet in the forward.

New, well placed 12 volt power ports (cigarette sockets) make this a very accommodating interior.

The interior is in excellent condition, and very comfortable.

Deck/Hull The hull is bottom painted and is good for another season.

The full fiberglass swim platform is large, has teak inlays, will hold several adults and is easy to access thru the transom door.

There is a galvanized primary fluke style anchor and 250' rode with 10' of chain in the dedicated anchor locker with hawse pipe access.

The anchor is chalked on the bow pulpit.

A second storm anchor with 200' rode and 10' chain is mounted on the bow rail below the spot light.

Salon All of the salon area is white and blue with ample storage beneath the seats, and can be completely enclosed with new Blue Sunbrella camper canvas ($3800).

The bikini top is blue in color and covers all the way from the windscreen to the transom for nice protection from the elements.

The helm seat and passenger seats are blue and white and new in '06 ($1200).

The side panels have all been replaced with King Starboard ($950), and will never rot or need replacing again.

There is a new removable cocktail table ($250), color matched cooler with chocks, and freshwater washdown with blue coil hose.

There are also removable rod holders and a 3 rod storage rack.

Electrical/Mechanical The new Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF ($340) with , Standard Horizon Depth/Temperature/Speed ($250) gauge and all new bronze through hull transducers ($400) and Standard Horizon GPS Map ($450) are all connected together to compliment each other and provide a great navigation system with one button emergency response.

The engines are Mercruiser "big block" V8s capable of pushing this beast close to 40 mph.

The engines have been meticulously maintained as have the Velvet Drive direct drive transmissions and fresh water system.

The starboard transmission was rebuilt in '06 ($1500).

The Vacu-Flush system has just been rebuilt ($580).

The reverse cycle heat and cooling unit has just been replace with a new Cruise Air system ($3500)
