BOAT OWNERS NOTES FOR 1974 CHRIS CRAFT 33 COMMANDER - CALL BOAT OWNER (JOE OLENIK) @ 843-504-1718 (OWNER LIVES IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC), BOAT IS LOCATED AT POINT LOOKOUT MARINA, IN RIDGE, MARYLAND (ABOUT THIRTY MILES FROM SOLOMONS, MARYLAND).

OVERVIEW: BOAT IS DOCKED ON SMITH CREEK, 10 MINUTES FROM POTOMAC RIVER AND 20 MINUTES FROM CHESAPEAKE BAY (CRUISING), I PURCHASED THE BOAT ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO AND DOCKED IN A COVERED SLIP AT THE POINT LOOKOUT MARINA, MY FRIEND AND I PERFORMED MOST ALL MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE BOAT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TWO NEW 350 MERCRUISER ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS WERE INSTALLED BY THE MARINA, THE BOAT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND IS READY TO GO FISHING, CRUISING, OR LIVE ABOARD, THIS BOAT IS A DURABLE MID SIZE FAMILY CRUISER AND CAN ACCOMMODATE AT LEAST FOUR PERSONS (BY ADDING A SLEEPER SOFA).

FEATURES: INTERIOR FEATURES INCLUDE A COMPLETE GALLEY AREA WITH MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR, SINK COUNTER AND CABINETS, ALSO, A DOUBLE- ENTRY HEAD AND WALK IN SHOWER, WITH SINK AND CABINETS, ALSO, A ROOMY SALON WITH SINK, CABINETS AND CLOSET, LEADING UP TO A LOWER HELM STATION.

A SLIDING GLASS DOOR OPENS TO THE COCKPIT WHERE A LADDER LEADS UP TO A SMALL FLYBRIDGE, THE HULL IS BUILT OF SOLID FIBERGLASS WITH BALSA CORING IN THE DECKS AND CABIN TOP.

THIS PRE OWNED CHRIS CRAFT 33 COMMANDER CAN STILL OFFER CLASS AND COMFORT FOR A BUDGET MINDED FAMILY SEEKING A ROOMY CRUISER.

DESCRIPTION: TWIN 250 –HP GAS ENGINES WILL CRUISE AROUND 18 KNOTS, THE ENGINES HAVE ABOUT 400 HOURS ON THEM AND THEY WERE REPLACED AROUND SIX YEARS AGO, AS WELL AS REBUILT TRANSMISSIONS.

LENGTH 33’1”, BEAM 12’5”, DRAFT 2’4”, WEIGHT 14,800 LBS, CLEARANCE 12’5”, WATER 40 GALLONS, FUEL 270 GALLONS, (TWO BRASS FUEL TANKS, 135 GALLONS EACH), TWO STATIONS (LOWER AND BRIDGE), HULL TYPE MODIFIED V, RECENTLY REPLACED THE ENTIRE STERN FLOOR, INCLUDING ALL JOISTS (TREATED WOOD) AND NEW NON SLIP COVERING.

LORAN UPPER STATION, GPS CONNECTIONS FOR UPPER AND LOWER STATIONS, VHF RADIO /ANTENNA, UPPER AND LOWER STATIONS, CD/AM/FM RADIO WITH SPEAKERS IN SALON, STATEROOM, STERN, BRIDGE.

LADDER POSITIONED OF STERN AND CAN BE FOLDED IN HALF AND SECURED, I REPLACED TWO BILGE PUMPS, FORWARD DRAIN REPLACED, NEW HOT WATER HEATER ADDED AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (OPERABLE AT DOCK), TRIM TABS, RECENTLY SCRAPED BOTTOM AND PAINTED.

THE BOAT IS IN A SLIP AND READY FOR CRUISING, FISHING, CRABBING, RELAXING ON THE BOW OR STERN WHEN CRUISING OR JUST RELAXING UNDER COVER OF THE SLIP.
