The center mounted engine results in excellent weight distribution and an unobstructed full walk around for fighting fish. She has returned annually to the builder for maintenance. In the winter of 2008/2009 extensive mechanical service was performed. This included the recommended Yanmar maintenance of the turbo, intercooler, heat exchanger, raw water pump and much more. This winter a complete cosmetic restoration was performed. The blue hull was stripped of all stripes and graphics and the gelcoat sanded, buffed and polished to restore to original luster. Then the stripping and graphics were replaced. Moving topsides all hardware and hatches were removed. The deck, cockpit and center console were buffed and polished, any gelcoat cracks found were repaired. All the non-skid areas have been repainted. The hatches in the deck and the center console replaced. The windshield was also replaced. All the cushions and bolster padding have been replaced. All the aluminum hardware and the tower have been polished.
